About Us

We are a Polish band formed in 2003 in Rybnik. The idea of starting the band born out of our teenage fascination with British alternative rock music.

Soon later we were invited to play on Talent Stage of the most prestigious Polish music festival (Open’er) in 2009. Three years later we got on the main stage in the fanzone during Football Euro 2012. Since then we’ve been able to say: we used to appear alongside artists such as Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Faith No More, The Kooks, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Vaccines or I Blame Coco.

In 2013 we won the Grand Prix of one of the most celebrated rock contests in Poland – Węgorzewo Seven Festival Music & More and we received radio airplay all over our native country.

In spring 2014 we released our debut album Bardziej Znani, Wiecznie Obcy. Shortly afterwards, we were promoted to play at The Agnieszka Osiecka Music Studio of Polish Radio, which was broadcast live on the Polish Radio Three.

We’re sure hundreds of gigs we’ve played so far, including single shows abroad, have made us stronger than ever before and ready for the big stage.

Now, after two hard years of working on records, we are thrilled to announce that our brand new album, this time all in English, is to be released pretty soon.

If you want to become part of that power which keeps our wheels turning, stay with us.

Another band which found its place on the surging wave of the Polish indie-pop. The young musicians' idea of music is to play nice, catchy tunes and write good old lyrics. After all, the name taken from the classics of the genre, i.e. Red House Painters, means something.
